Celina’s first box office success came with the movie 'No Entry' in 2005.

She also did a Telugu film 'Suryam' in 2005.

In 2006, Celina appeared in movies like 'Zinda', 'Tom, Dick and Harry' and 'Apna Sapna Money Money'.

Celina did a special appearance in the movie 'Heyy Babyy' (2007).

Along with that, she also did 'Shakalaka Boom Boom' and 'Red: The Darrk Side'.

Her 2008 release was the blockbuster 'Golmaal Returns'.
