The entire training process was fabulous, because we had the best in the industry training us. We learnt so much from all the trainers; everyday was a new learning experience for us. Marc Robinson taught us a lot, he was our constant guide and support. As far as modelling and walking the ramp was concerned, we learnt much more than just how to walk on the ramp. We were taught how to carry ourselves when in the limelight, how not to have that dead-pan look on our face and instead come alive on the ramp.

An important thing that I personally learnt was from Prasad Bidappa, and this is something which has stayed with me and I still practice and will remember for the rest of my life. His advice to us was to tell ourselves each morning we woke up: ‘Today is going to be a wonderful day!’ It really works wonders and instills positivity in you. He told us to think out of the box, and believe me, that works too!

Everything, from our food to fitness to skin care, was looked after; my skin has become a thousand times better. The entire training process has made us more beautiful both from the interior and the exterior. The Pantaloons Femina Miss India contest is a platform for a person to grow and display what and how they can contribute to representing themselves and their country. I have always wanted to be a part of it; it has been a childhood dream come true.

I am quite an artistic person, with a passion for painting, music, designing clothes and dancing, in fact, I have trained in classical dance. I also enjoy reading, writing and travelling. I am passionate about everything that God has created for us.
