Allow a scheme to encourage investment in education & health sector for rich politicians, movie stars, sportsman in their constituencies & all investments tax deferred upon investment. Only for the profit these organisations should be charged taxes by central cum state govts after say 2 yrs. This will promote better schools & hospitals in indian suburban & rural areas.

The US- and UK-based NRIs should be allowed to invest in the Indian stock market, directly or through mutual funds. There are several young Indians working abroad for several years who were not able to invest and join the market. This step will boost the market and the economy.
