As far as Public Review is concerned...the show is damn good and has had a tremendous response from Indians all around the world.
So take a chill pill and stop negative advertising here!

Amit... thanks a lot for the opinion. But please understand that if you want to create a totally unique show which is conceptually not copied... then as a Media Branding Professional... never would I borrow the name of an International Show that has built up a reputation in a different way and degrading the reputation by doing something totally unworthy of the standard. None of the Masterchef shows have any film celebrity hosting or being a guest in the show except in India.
Also as a Chef I feel this is a disgrace to the culinary profession as the celebrities need to be on another show and not where professional chefs belong... Also the scripting is a little pathetic as you need professional chefs to judge the contestants, and not some celebrity. The show should rather be called Top Chef India rather than Masterchef India.... Cause shit like that happens even in Top Chef America.... Again Top Chef America is also way better then Masterchef India because there are true culinary icons judging the contestants.... So the TRPs dont matter.... What matters is the standard...
If an Indian Standard of running the show is what India prefers then dont bother getting an International branding and treat it like garbage.

A Kumar... Good point...Appreciate the fact they are being respected for what they are.... The MC India version has the true culinary chefs acting like puppets to Akshay Kumar and have got no real decision making power and Akshay Kumar is all autocracy... He is showing it here as he could not show this autocracy and domination in Bollywood...

Yup ... He is stinker alright.... Indian Viewers cannot digest any show that does not have a bollywood touch to it and also if the show does not have any media celebrity running it.... So that means the Indian Viewers can never reach global standards of Television, except for the few who agree with me in this matter

Kainat... They are good at what they are... They never had a media recognition... that is all!!!! Unfortunately MC India will not get in Celebrity Chefs and top food critics of India as they will end up blasting the producer for such a pathetic script... So they wanted pro chefs, amatuer in Media to act as puppets for Akshay Kumar...
