Well to simplify few things, you for sure will be paying more for petrol as I don't see the prices (Rs4 hike) slashing done any sooner..
Education, here you could be a gainer, but only if you fall in the bracket of higher education and on the verge of taking loans for it for your kid, lot of interest subsidies on education loans and specially if you get through recognized and reputed institutes.Then more IIT''s and NIT's are the icing on the cake.

3. Phone bill?
4. Vegetables?
5. Electricity and water?
6. Education?
7. Train travel?
8. Buying a new car?
9. Buying a house in city?
10. Electronic items like fridge, AC, TV, laptop and mobile?
