Then I started thinking "What else can we do with Rs. 300cr?"
In one article, I read "The present cost of tractors is anywhere between Rs 3 lakh and Rs 6 lakh.", so, assume an average cost of tractor is Rs. 4 Lakh. So, for Rs. 300 crore, Govt can buy 7500 tractors and can lease or rent 500 tractors for at least 15 states.
