Rs 39,000cr for rural jobs scheme
Topic owner: Nureen Alam: This is a hike of 144 percent over the allocation for the same scheme in the previous budget. The government is committed to providing a wage of Rs 100 a day to rural households in convergence with other schemes for rural areas. The UPA government is showing its humanitarian face.

Nureen, what kind of rural jobs are we taking abt? Agriculture & poultry? India is still lagging behind in grameena banks to help farmers a small loan to savings?
