on one hand government wants to get bail out packages/rehab funds, n on the other hand it shows a loss of 6.7%,and has plans to disinvest the psu to generate the revenues.!!!! this is really sick!!!!! if government is really in need of money, it should rather consider to get rid of deficit rather than making/providing rehab schemes!!!! sick!!

When Lankan govt was taking on the LTTE, there was substantial furore over inaction on the part of Indian govt... All Tamil regional parties had urged the govt to do something..
By this rehabilitation scheme UPA is trying take away the wind from the opposition parties.. at the same time making a strong foreign policy statement that India will support any war on terror activities in the South Asian region.
