My boyfriend always complaind of me not being enthusiastic and voluntary when it comes to sex. How will I? it used to pains so badly that I dint feel like having it at all. But when I started Kegel on my freinds advice it really helped me. the pain was minimal now and it also helped me in getting Orgasm. we are so happy with our sexlife that I want all to know about it and practise it
Is it true that you can practise kegel post delivery to tighten and tone vaginal parts?
Yes its true it not only strenthen s vagina but also help you minimise sexual health issues post delivery.
the best part about it is that Kegel can be practiced anywhere and without any special equipment...
How to start with it- -1. Locate the muscles. The best way to find out which muscles to work is to do it while you pee. Stop midway during the flow. Your pelvic muscles are the ones that contract when you stop peeing. Do this several times if necessary to identify the right muscles.
2. "Now that you have identified the right muscles, you can even do the Kegel exercises at your desk or anywhere for that matter. Tighten your PC muscles and count to eight, then slowly release them. Initially, it might be tough to make it to eight but with practice, your muscles will grow stronger and you will be able to hold the contraction for more than a couple of seconds," says Dr. Aruna Sathe, gynaecologist from Mumbai.
3. Don't overdo your exercises. Begin Kegelling for 3 to 5 seconds for 12-16 repetitions till you can better isolate your PC muscles to a duration of 5 seconds and 20 repetitions, where after you can add on another set of 20 reps. If you are experiencing pain or discomfort while Kegel-ing, you are straining your muscles way too much. Like any exercise, build up your strength slowly and pay attention to your body's signals.
