Would you date a metro sexual guy?
It's always been about women doing the body polishing & spray ! the medicures & pedicures! Now it's a mans thing! imagine a guy getting manicure or tanning. what a crap? for me he is gay
My boyfriend doesn't get his nails done or go tanning, but he cares about his appearance. He is always neatly dressed, makes sure his hair is trimmed, He cares about himself, but definitely not in a girly way!!! I have a friend who is dating a metrosexual guy and both of them can be spotted together either shopping or in the parlour getting manicure/pedicure and they both love it? I dont understand why and how can she date him???
How do you tell if that guy you have your eye on is a metrosexual?
Guys again, I pose the question, what's the downside to dating someone who willingly admits he's sensitive and romantic. A metrosexual man has money to spend and knows the best shops in town to spend it. He's on the a-list of all the best clubs in town, works out at the gym, just enough to insure good health and keep his body toned, and visits the hairdresser on a regular basis. Now the only problem I see with the above attributes is that there's a chance he might look better than his date. But that's a problem easily solved. Being seen on the arm of a well-groomed, well-dressed man, is worth the extra trouble it may take to be just as in-style as he is. S why not date a metrosexual guy what the f*?
My boyfriend keeps himself clean and smell free(he takes more showers a day that I do) but thats about it. I don't think I've ever seen him use lotion, and the only reason he even uses chap stick is because I hate kissing chapped lips lol. But he keeps him self well shaven(he keeps his chest nice and hair free, I hate chest hair lol), and does his hair sometimes(if not he wears a hat) and thats all good with me, lol. Although, it wouldn't hurt him to use some lotion and face wash.. but i want to know is he a metrosexual???
I don't need a man who is prettier than me...I am the pretty one, lol. And I certainly don't need him taking longer than me to get ready. It should take my man an hour tops to get ready..any longer and that makes him a pretty boy in my opinion(an hour is pushing it). My bf is a good balance, he cares about his appearance, but has not and never will jump on the trend wagon. He did tan last year after he had surgery and was stuck in the house for months(he thought he looked sickly)but it never became an obsession. And he does like to shop, but it's really not for clothes, well, he's really a window shopper, he just looks, never buys alot of stuff. But he sure can spend about 5 hours at the mall "just looking
my bf is so metrosexual.... i am glad there is finally a name for him... He cleans..he cooks... he takes pride in his appearance...he loves fashion and decorating.. and some of his favourite movies are chick flicks.. we both use the tanning beds... now the manicures and pedicures he does not do.. but he does clip his own nails and doesnt flip them all over the house. I don understand why is there so much fuss about a metrosexual man, like us they also want to be pampered and enjoy .
hmmm, well no my man isnt that metrosexual. He is a pretty 'manly man' :D... to him shopping is a form of torture, though he does care about his appearance and i have been able to convince him to the advantages of fash wash and face moisturiser ... and he does dress nicely. And i am happy with that.
Well, why not? What's the downside to dating someone who takes pride in his appearance, will take you to the best places in town, and knows what kind of wine to order with dinner? tell me
