-get help of some personality expert or check online.:)
-dress properly for the event and with a soothing good perfume.
- say hi to her first and when hi" are done exchanging, say nice to meet you.
and compliment on her earings or that funky bracelet or the dress or her dressing sense, but rem'er "BE GENUINE and lavish " coz it reflects on your body language without u even knowing it..and girls are mostly good at it.
and rest,if shez easy approoaching to,then go ahead u will urself know what to do ,ahead.:)

Hi Ajay,
First try to shake her hands if possible or else it's ok. Give her smile and ask her how she is doing, what she did this week and all those small questions that makes her comfortable. Later she may ask same things to you in this way the conversation will start and to keep it going ask her fav music, food, movies and what she likes dislikes. Try to add some humour in your conversation. Main thing is just be what you are.
