Why is it that our roads are not well sign painted.
as a result we have a chaotic traffic.
why are the streets with no proper display signs.
Why are we so indisciplined when we drive

The RTI will give me answers to all the questions that I have posted, is that what u want to suggest.
What shoudl be available in the normal course of events has to be fought over,Why?
One does not need a RTI for disciplined traffic.
