A week back the office guard caught me red handed with a female colleague on an empty floor.
Now this issue has been raised with HR and my boss also sent me an email demanding an explanation.
I don't want to loose my job. What should i write back?

Hey you talk to the girl and make her say that you both are couple, then just admit that you are seeing the girl and tell that it was an affectionate moment between you both which the security guard have witnessed and it was not that you both were trying to make out in office premises. Security guard being a security guard is blowing the incident out of proportion. You can question that in office premises cant you be affectionate to the people who make an integral part of your life. Also explain her that your reaction was an outcome of something emotional between you both and irrespective of the location in office building it would have been same even in the reception area. Then tell the HR that it’s up to her if she want to see the matter from a security guards perspective or from that of an employee and a polished social elements perspective. Further also state that, neither you are so stupid nor you are so wild that you would try to have a make out session in the office premises. Tell her that the you upset over the stupidity of the guard that he is not able to differentiate between a warm gesture and something vulgar. Having said that, tell her you are free to take a call on this whatever you feel is right.

Dude there are always solutions to problems of any nature, only thing is that they will be lying out of box sometime, you will have to gaze you thoughts everywhere. Best of Luck.

You only got two possible ways to get out of this stuff......

1. Convince your boss that there was some misunderstanding regarding physical contact. Just admit that you liked that gal n u were there to purpose her. By this they may buy your point as you are admitting ur presence and relation but also defending your stand.

2. Brine the guard and ask him to change his statement. The guard can say that he just saw you two on empty floor and thus raised the issue which was part of his duty. by this he will defend his job and give a space to create benefit of doubt for you . But try to play with keeping your guard on. Dont try to fool around with your boss. Just be calm and address him with confidence becoz if you gave even a slight hint of nervousness or fear they may think you are hiding some thing..

use combined trick of both points.. best of luck..

I agree with Suvarnarekha Balu. It makes little sense. Now, It also depeneds how well you wid ur boss.

Think why HR will fire you? She will be jealous, so to make up, go kiss your HR too

Lesson No 1: Always have security fellows and office boys in your pocket. NEVER think they dont count, They would help you and save ur ass most of the times.



Now by trying to hump a office collegue and that too in office, you proved that you deserve to be fired for being brainless. So I am fully with ur boss

Just wanted to check if newton's Third law works.. It says for every action there is a opposite and equal reaction.. I kissed her and she kissed back.. The wilder i got with her, the wilder she was with me.. There is no doubt Newton is a genius.. The fourth law works..

Tell them it's a wrong judgement by the security guard as you were not kissing but giving your partner mouth-to-mouth resuscitation. Tell them you deserve awards, rewards and pay hike for saving the life of a valuable employee. :D

except it , dont give excuses.Its not the matter of job only , its also the relation u share with the female colleague.You cant escape from the situation just using her.

And also in future u r going to share a good time with ur colleage.Whether u r out or not.U will be hero.

Respected Madam/Sir, this colleague of mine has been a major distraction ever since she joined. I am just not in a position to concentrate and she is responsible for lower productivity in my work. request you to sack her immediately so that i can concentrate on my work

I have serious questions on the integrity of the security guard.. He has been hired for the ground floor.. I wonder what he was doing on the fourth floor, that too knowing too well it is always empty. Was he waiting for a lady? Did he come to sleep there? Or was he planning to mug me? I request you to refer this case to the CCB and ensure this is not repeated to a respectable citizen like me.

Respected Madam, fortunately or unfortunately i was caught kissing my colleague last week. We were enjoying a passionate kissed when we were interrupted by the security guard.. Since it was after office hours, it should be ok. Request you to take strict action against the security for having disturbed us and also for invading our privacy.. Wait to hear from you

Just write that it was an error in judgement on your part and it wont happen again! You cant exactly get out of it now. No point lying. It will only land you in more trouble

Jus try and convince your boss saying that you both are 'jus friends', rather close ones and you were trying to finish a fight between the two of you. maybe that will help

Well both of u were summoned or only u. Infact its a week moment every human goes through it. Explain them it was the week moment n it happen naturally. I guess there may be other reasons u can't put in the post but try to be frank in ur answer. If both are summoned then take a note that both have same explaination.

hmmm... this is quite tricky.. you're in a soup boy. i don't think you can save yourself from this situation
