I am so irritated with my boss, cos apart from official work, she makes me do her personal things too. Post office hours also, i have to be on her duty. Sometimes it's submitting the bills, or picking her kids from school or taking her to the market - I feel like her personal servant.
I can't take it anymore. My personal life is going for a toss. Pls tell me what should I do. If I say something to her, then my job would be at stake. Pls help.

Being in entertainment industry i have been in a similar situation. If you are not happy, the only answer is to find another job. Even if u muster courage and tell your boss that you are being exploited 9 out of 10 times it wouldn't go down well. M sure your boss is knowingly getting her personal work done from you. and you being quiet is only adding to your misery.
Find another job asap, and then you can give her the reason that you are leaving because of this reason. If you wish you maintain any sort of professional relationship with her in future then dont even tell her about exploitation. You wouldnt know some day she might be of some use to you (i.e. if you do not tell her about exploitation)

Excellent answer. It may also be helpful to get someone else at work or some one close to you (and too close to her) to ask her if the work you are doing for her are in your "job profile"!! just for her to realize she is expecting of you more than what is in your "job profile".
Wonder if she also expects some sexual favors from you!! In that case, she could take advantage of you, and may turn around and accuse you if you don't comply with her demands. Have to be extremely careful not to give her an opportunity to accuse you! (if she forces you, you can take action, if you do, then it's a different story!!) God forbid!

Sumit my guess is ur a soft spoken. Pupil take for granted yes from u. Its better that you start forgetting things like doing it or be irregular to work. Try to ignore or delay her work then she start to find alternative.

Spread a rumor that you are treated like a family man, close ''very personal'' aide catering to all her needs. try calling up her acquaintances (not friends) from some public phone and spread it. Tell all of'em that u r having very close affair with your boss. Walk out of her house or office with a sheepish expression on your face when people are around.Let them see you happy. after 3-4 weeks, you'll see the magical change.

One day while taking her to the market why dont you grope her breast and start stroking your dick , tell her you want to screw her, then see she herself will create a distance from you. then she will not use you for her personal work. and then warn her if she creates any problem at work you will fuck her there itself on her desk at work and let other colleagues see it live. Every issue has got a resolution. You just need to have some patience. These kind of things happen when the other person is aware of your helplesness. Inthis case, may be you might have shared your problems with your boss before and she now thinks you can never leave the job due to the dependecies you have.
However,if you don't like to be exploited, then look for other good jobs. So, till you get another job, bear with it.
If this is not possible, then start pushing back things to your boss. You don't have to say anything directly to her. You can start by coming up with reasons when like you have joined a evening training course so you may not be free after office hours to help her with her personal work such as picking up her children from school, getting groceries etc.

There are no choices in two things in your life. first is your parents and second is your boss. If you do not like, you may change the job. If you do not do, the boss will hire some one else in your place. Can you afford to avoid her? If you have an alternate job, resign. If not. live with it.

You need to be courageous. You have two options. Either tell your boss clearly that she is exploiting you and that has to stop right now. Otherwise find another job. I know this is easier said than done but only you can stand up for your self-respect and defend it.
