Offices today give us a more conducive environment for flourishing romances than any other dating options. As we are increasingly spending more time in offices than we do at home, and having even less time to hangout, romance at workplace is blossoming as a fairly common phenomenon.
It is also because of the jobs demanding coordination, involvement as well as women coming at work more than ever before, employees tend to form emotional connect easily. Even extra-marital affairs have also become more common.

flirting is fun, relatioship is serious in office, if you stay till a lil flirting its ok, but if you are thinking of having a serious relationship then you have to think a lot of things. Being in the same office will bring a lot of responsibilities along with strictness, fear , tensions and sarcasm. people around you will not be as easy ..

Its good if its not just for money and opportunity I don't think there is any harm in office romance, unless you are just into it with your boss for increments and out of turn promotions and for opportunity
