Has there been any response from people who have seeked advice or opinions from the readers? How would one know whether or not their views or advice has been well received and/or helped the individual in distress??

Hey Makarand, that would entirely depend whether the person asking advice chose to put their feedback on the advice given and whether it has helped them. While it would be great to receive such feedback, I don't think anyone can compel them.
