we do business,but i can't stand my manager,his selfish,what can i do ?

life is a little hell when the person u work is not good and especially when its ur manager. try to do ur work properly. and if ur doing mistake then listen to him but if its not ur mistake.. stand still and reply him in a nice manner... defending urself. he should not feel that ur a punch toy. ur doing ur job and ur not a slave dude... so try to be friendly to him. dont take load...
