Who is responsible for ragging? As far as i remember ragging was banned very long back...

Then why are young students still losing their lives...

Ragging in India is getting worse every year. So many young people have lost their lives in the past years because of the fear of ragging....

Recent incident:

Aman Kachru, 19, died Sunday after being ragged by four final year students of the Rajendra Prasad Medical College at Tanda town, 20 km from Kangra. All the four students have been sent to police custody, Kangra Superintendent of Police Atul Kumar Fulzele said.

Why is no action been taken? Who is responsible for Aman's death: Students? College management? Police?
