Description :
Many people think that reality TV shows are staged. They feel that reality shows lack truth & depth & are changed according to what people want to watch. So, participants on the show deliberately 'act' out circumstances & situations in order to please the public & show them what they want to watch.
'Raaz Pichhle Janam Ka' goes a step further by unravelling particiapnts' past lives on tv through a process of hypnosis. Many critics don't even believe in the ritual & say it's all hogwash. But do you really think that stars could be fake about choosing their life partners on screen or would lie about giving out long-hidden embarrassing secrets on camera?

K-serials are passe. I heard, even grand moms have stopped watching them. What keeps the Indian TV audience glued to the small screen today, are the umpteen no of ‘reality shows’. Reality shows have really taken Indian TV by storm!
The voyeuristic delight of watching participants smile, laugh, scream, bitch, sing, dance, slap, sniffle, sob keeps us hooked to the idiot box. Our entertainment channels too have gave in to the trend of showing localised versions of popular reality shows from Europe and US. In a competition to outdo each other, they are mindlessly copying from the western TV channels and launching in India.
