Are we in that India today? Whaere even the filmstars where mindful of their honor. The day the call centers opened and we started aping the west the veils came down rapidly.

My friends if it ws consensual sex both should be punished otherwise the rape theory in a city like Bombay does not fit unless they had sound proofed the apartment even then the person in the lower floor would have come to complain after the resistance battle. How many things where broken at home? Was she bloodied head to toe in the resistance battle?
Even if it was consensual SHINY needs to shine in jail being a married person or for that matter unmarried how could anyone think of an act as despicable as this with a maid. The rich & the famous generally mainupulate justice in India. Look at Salman Khan---after killing a man, is walking free. The younger generation of the Country should come together and force high media attention like causing spurts of candle marches throudghout the country so that the government is shaken vigourously and the government seriosly and quickly probes the case. If Shiney is convicted then he must undergo the required legal punishment. If it so happens, the rich & famous people will have an element of media fear---such fear is positive---which will restrict them from getting into doing thing as per their whims and fancies.

Here is what could have happened that day.. Maid has consensual sex with Shiney and goes back home and discusses with family and they all think the best way to make money out of it would be to file a case immediately and later bargain for a few crores....given our absurd rape laws where a man can be arrested without bail and sentenced merely on the basis of a statement this is entirely possible.. This case is unlikely to go to a conclusion.. a huge sum of money will change hands and the charges will be withdrawn. Given our absurd laws it would soon be necessary for a man to sign a written agreement or make a video recording to prove consent during sex..he would still be open to malafide false rape accusations by someone holding a grudge or wanting money.
