This is really encouraging fact that for a maid everybody is raising their voice aloud for her justice and thus we can say that how much it may cost to one to torture physically or mentally the poor or powerless. Here when a celeb is concerned,publicity of his shameful acts is enough for his defamation and to some extend punishment.. But at the same time to be honest, people should be unbiased while dealing with such social issues. Here, if we agree with Shiney's confession and also his saying that it was consentual, then it's not implausible that the maid won't lie or play a little trick taking advantage of situation. And on the contrary, he might be the villain...difficult to come to a point. However, whatever be the discussion, it should be such that entails a decisive step and give some preventive knowledge to the society- the going-to-be accused and the going-to-be victim. Otherwise, ther are host of offences, allegations, innocent gangrape victims and murders and most recently in today's newspaper the 22 year old lady which was stabbed allegedly by a group of molesters in a bus and all were watching it like a movie,which are remain unconcerned. At such hours, where we the so-called social protesters do stay? This case's been solved by the court of law and can be handled, but whether the above mentioned and like cases?

While it is good that the maid involved in this case has the media impetus behind her which,i hope, will lead her to justice after the facts come out.
But there are a large no. of women like her whose modesty has been outraged and for whom justice is a distant reality. They have been pushed into oblivion and ostracized.
I hope this case serves a reminder to all, the media, the police that there are a large no of such maids yearning for justice. May God give them courage to bear this tyranny and justice be served to them.

It can be hoped that the truth will come out from the actual DNA test report of both Ahuja and the victim if the report is produced undistorted. This is believed to be one of the most logical and scientific evidence in such cases.
