: Tell me one thing, i wanna ask everyone here that an average student from a very good
family background has all sorts of luxuries but he very well knew he can't crack any of
the examination test and decides to buy the seat,a student who is very hardworking has all capabilities to crack the exam but compromises
on that seat which is paid. so who is at fault student who works hard?
student who cant effort to buy the seat?
or the institution or people working in that institution?
or the system as the ratio of available seat is to numbar of student is very low only 9,085 seats
for clinical courses across india. India has world's second largest population and around 40% ratio is of students where will they go ?
