Donation breeds corruption!
Topic owner: Rohan Sharma: Believe it or not! this is one of the ugly side of our education system, Donation, quite a populat term amongst students and parents, be it school or college, its everywhere... you cannot run away from it.. this is not the only case that has come up and exposed the real side of the admission process. There have been many cases in the past. AP, Maharashtra and TN have enacted laws to ban educational donations after the supreme court passed judjement but there was nothing on punishment if found guilty........thats why the donation is still given and accepted voluntarily...

Since mushrooming of private colleges began over the past decade combined with the governments increasing hands off aproach to education system or admission process, the private universities or schools have grown in numbers and so has their malpractices...
