So now if you have the money you have the degree in your pocket.
The reason for this is the dearth of seats in the PG programme in govt reputed institutions.

And when someone who has bought a seat studies, the college will make sure the person passes...after all he has spent 2 crores!!! and when this guy goes into the medicine market, he pays another few crores for a job. and then when he comes across a poor patient who needs immediate attention - he does not see the 'need' of the patient, but the loans he had taken to buy his admission and to buy his way into a job! SHAME
