there are deemed universities in rajasthan which have one room study centres in variuos other states of country and these study centres take contract to award you a degree provided you enroll and give them money. no study no exams needed, just spend the course duration and degree is yours. Where is UGC where is our corrupt education system heading. All these university have backing of influential high profile persons.
