The recipe was born during my college days, when we were short of cash and often had to rely on the gola wala to provide us the mixtures instead of soft drinks.
I am giving this recipe here... cheap and delicious... You can try it at home do let me know how it was....
INGREDIENTS:
Vodka, Pineapple juice, Sugar syrup
PREPARATION :
Form Golas from crushed Ice. Squeeze lots of lime on the golas and pour a spoonful of sugar syrup on each of the golas.
Form a mixture made of Rum or Vodka with a little bit of pineapple juice (preferably syrup). The mixture should be a little viscous. Pour the mixture on the golas and serve.
Take 45 ml Vodka, 15 ml Blue Curacao, 120 ml Lemonade, Dash of Lime and mix all the ingredients over ice in a highball glass.
Cherry, Orange Slice & serve....
