Quick tips to lose weight
Almost everyone faces the issue of loosing weight in life but find it a hard battle.
I am too trying to loose a few kgs fast. Lets share our quick methods to lose weight here.
Cucumber and tomato salads can stimulate weight loss. Both of them are diuretic and have high water content. This helps body to get rid of excess accumulated toxins and stimulate its natural process. Below mentioned are some of the useful features of cucumber and tomato salad that helps to lose weight:
High Water Content
The main factor that makes cucumber and tomato ‘food for weight loss’ is that they give longer feeling of fullness. As a result person eats less. According to the Centre of Disease Control, water content of food influence how full the person feels.
High Fibre Content
Another way through which tomato and cucumber salad contribute to feeling of being ‘full’ is through their high fibre content. They provide high volume (low calories in ratio of their weight), take longer to digest and keep you away from consuming more calories. According to the Centre of Disease Control- dietary fibre are extremely effective for weight loss.
High Nutrition Level
Tomatoes are extremely effective at burning extra fat. They help to reduce inflammation and reverse leptin resistance. As a result you can easily get rid of excess weight. Tomatoes are rich source of folic acid, potassium, little protein, Vitamin A, C and E. It is for this reason that tomatoes are use in almost all the Fat Resistance Diet.
Cucumbers are great food for metabolism as well as weight loss. They are quite satisfying and low in calories.
Low Energy Density
An effective way to lose weight is to consume food that is low in ‘energy density’. According to the Mayo Clinic food that has high volume and low energy density is good for weight loss. Cucumber and tomato have high volume yet low energy density.
Low in Carbohydrates
Combination of cucumber and tomatoes in salad is perfect low carb- diet. This is because both of them are low in carbohydrates. According to the University of Illinois Extension, one cup of tomatoes has only 5.3 g and 12 unpeeled cucumber slices have 2 g of carbohydrates.
Here is how you can lose weight by eating cucumber and tomato salad:
Replace your high-calorie food such as cheese, crackers and chips with cucumber and tomato salad.
You can either eat tomato and cucumber salad before your meal or between the meals to get benefited by its fibre content.
Stop Sweet & Oily (butter,cheez) foods, early morning walk & jogging, eating a fruits
morning bread, afternoon dal, roti and night rice, sambar and not more than 2pegs whisky per day.
Unfortunately there is no quick way to do this. Eating a balanced meal with portion control 4-6 times a day, drinking 6-8 glasses of water a day and 20-minutes brisk walk is what I recommend to my weight-loss students. Breakfast, lunch and dinner should consist of 50% fresh-fruits/veggies, 25% protein and 25% whole-grains and dairy. Normal routine would be Breakfast, mid-morning snack, lunch, mid-afternoon snack and dinner. Hope that helps. Ping me if you have more questions.

Raw diet and juicing is the key to loose weight. Start with juicing green veggies and fruits for at least 5-10 days. It will not only reduce weight but make your skin glow. After 5-10 days of juicing start with raw food. Your energy level will change drastically and you will reduce weight too.

I will suggest take little walks when possible and drink lots of water .Last don't eat fried foods
little reduce ur daily diets( i mean what u eat just reduce small qnty from that) ,avoid rice as much u can, eat on time most imp. night meal before 7pm max, warm water before sleep and in the morning & daily walk 20-30 mints in 3 sets.( say expl morning, evening & night & there is reason behind Y in 3 sets) so ttl will be 1 hr to 1hr.30 mnts. first 2 months u will not notice much but 3rd to 5th month u will notice defiantly pleasant result ..NO SHORT CUT ..SO DONT TRY IT..it may help u faster but not on long term basis....
in the mornning do brisk walk and eat fruit nd green veg.stop eating sweet nd drink planty of water

Agree with Ishani. Meat contains "animal protein" which helps in reducing weight. As always, portion control is the key. White meat such as chicken and fish is preferred over red meat mainly due to high level of fat and cholestrol contained in the red-meat. Make sure its roasted or broiled and the fat has been cut out. Another good source of protein is egg-whites. An omlete made from 3-4 egg-whites and vegetables eaten with wheat or whole-grain toast will keep you filled until lunch without consuming a lot of calories.
Dear Raj, I dont think eating non-veg anyhow would add on to your weight. its jus that u shud avoid red meat coz its fattening. otherwise chicken and especially roasted breast pieces is so healthy to eat
the best way to loose 5kg weight in 1week:
one hour walk everyday & eat only fruits & uncooked vegetables for a week, no diet, eat as much as you want.

I have put on weight around belly. How to reduce it
for belly areas, you hv several exercises that just concentrate on that area. Like lay down on the bed with legs straight and then fold ur legs and bring forward ur knees to touch your chest. do this 5 times for 15 days and u would see the result for sure.
Dont stress. Avoid chocolates, have lots of water

I always overeat when i am stressed.
stop eating sweet. eat more fruit and veg. . try to walk 1KM a day and always try be happy.
