My experience show that the quality of wine should be well refined while the colour is secondary thing. Before dinner I take a quarter. But white wines are less smelly. Moderate wine taking in my view is good for physical and mental health.

it all depends . when one wishes to be easy then its white ,celebrations are made with red .

I LIKE RED AS WINE IS GOOD DRINK FOR HEALTH BUT IT SHOULD BE LIMITED ALWAYS.NO OVERDOSE OF ANY DRINK WHICH MAY HARM PLEASE FOR THE SAKE OF HEALTH. .GOOD LUCK FOR HAPPY DAYS.

Try both ..keep changing...red is believed to be good for heart..but lot of people prefer white as they think it is more stylish if it is sparkling wine/champagne....RAO
