I just wonder, why so many people do prefer red wine. For myself I can't make a statement like that.
A half dry Sptburgunder or Navarra maybe the right for a nice chilly evening. But for a sunny late afternoon I would always prefer a 'cellar-cool' Mller - Thurgau with a rich fruit.
