Wine is good for women's waistlines!!!!
So all u wine loving gals we have a reason to smile. according to a recent study, light to moderate consumption of red wine, is not only good for a your heart but it's good for our waistline also. So enjoy your drinks!
expending energy will always consume calories, whether u drink wine or not. it is quite misleading to say wine is good for anybody's waistline. i like my wine and have some Bulgarina red at home but can't find anybody to share it with

Yeah, middle-aged and older women who have normal body weight initially and consume light-to-moderate amount of alcohol could maintain their drinking habits without gaining more weight compared with similar women who did not drink any alcohol. And alcohol may independently affect body weight beyond its relationship with diet and lifestyle factors.....

and right choice of drink also matters..for example everybody knows wine be it white or red both are good for health.
This is all rubbish! I don think that females taking alcohol put on lesser weight than the non drinker females. Infact its fvice versa.

yeah if you drink any alcohol in moderation then you are at lesser risk of putting on weight than compared to any non drinker.
