| I am not sad , but not happy either ! | |||
I was so home sick all this while , during most of my stay ..then why did being back not give me as much happiness as i thought it would ??? Seeing familiar surroundings did bring a smile on my face but not for too long..Felt like an injured soldier coming back home ! wasnt sad really but wouldnt say happy either. Soon my home had my cusins , friends , neighbours telling me how worried they were n how proud they felt seeing me there . Then as if for hours i forgot my emptiness inside me n found myself laughing with them. Telling them about all that happened there , my best friends , the food , the weather , the people , my accident and it went on past mid nightI did go to bed with a smile on my face but morn was gloomy again..i wonder why i feel what i feel ?? I wouldnt say ive failed but i cant say ive succeeded either , id rather say i just tried . Need to get past all of this and pave a new path for myself , need to think and plan about my future now.God has given me these 3weeks to reflect from the past , learn from it and focus on the future. Afterall thats what life is all about right ?? to move on!!
Rise each time to fall , but pick up something each time you fall !!
But what i am confused about right now is...have i fallen ?? if yes then what do i pick up from this ?? if not then why aint i happy???
I wish i could turn back times , times when i just laughed , smiled , enjoyed, every bit of LIFE !! That was life or is this life??
