He started his career in 1988 by appearing in the television series Fauji playing the role of Commando and then did a minor but significant role in the serial Circus in 1989. Since then, it has been a long and phenomenal journey.
He has essayed an exemplary range of characters and earned both critical and commercial success. The Raj of DDLJ, Ajay of ‘Baazigar’, Rahul in ‘Darr’, Kabir Khan of ‘Chak De India’… and, last but not the least important, ‘Devdaas’- SRK will remain etched in our memory forever.

Besides being a fantastic actor, Shahrukh also multitasks as a producer, owning three production houses, Dreamz Unlimited, Red Chillies Entertainment and Red Chillies Idiot Box.
Shahrukh has also got a mannequin of himself in Madam Tussaud's Museum in England. Along with Amitabh Bachchan , Salman Khan and Aishwarya Rai.
