Topic owner: Shailendra Dhodi: Just heard about the money spent on Shilpa shetty wedding and ceremonies, its insane to buy 50 lakh outfit and food for 80 lakhs,i am wondering if that money could be put to a better use like feeding 100 poor people for the month, i don't really think this mindless spending is worth it.

Some people just spend to satisfy their egos in weddings. In wedding, groom, bride and their families never enjoy wedding. Too much efforts. In my wedding. I'll spend few bucks on 10 beautiful escorts, barbque on bitch, few beers and relax.
